Ashley Sulewski

Founder and Principal

With a decade of experience, Ashley is a seasoned fundraiser, event planner, and political advisor who has worked at every level of Democratic politics. She has served as the national finance director on campaigns for US Senate, US House of Representatives, governor, state attorney general, as well as state and national Democratic committees. Additionally, she has spent years advising and training staff who have also worked on some of the most competitive campaigns in the country.

As a member of fundraising teams that have collectively raised more than $250 million, on campaigns in more than 20 states, Ashley is well versed in every aspect of a successful fundraising program. From developing and executing aggressive finance plans, managing budgeting and compliance, engaging and identifying individual and corporate donors, forming finance committees, overseeing national travel and events, building digital and direct mail programs, and working with state and national interest groups. She has further honed her expertise in roles at state and national party committees overseeing the fundraising goals and operations of nationally targeted campaigns.

Ashley has also helped manage PACs and leadership committees, working directly with candidates and campaigns seeking endorsements, planning logistically complicated PAC events, and coordinating resource allocation decisions.

Ashley is a proud native of northeastern Ohio and attended Syracuse University, when on graduation day, still in cap and gown, she walked into her first campaign staff meeting. After completing 10 campaigns in 10 years, she now resides in Washington, DC where she enjoys visiting the Kennedy Center and the Washington Sailing Marina.
